Here at Supplements Plus we believe in having the lowest prices, first class customer service and the fastest shipping available anywhere in Australia. In most cases we ship your order the SAME day if not the next business day.

If your order is under $150 you will be charged a flat rate of $8 shipping anywhere Australia Wide.

Returns Policy

Supplements Plus will refund the purchase price plus the return shipping cost of any item that was either incorrect to what you ordered, damaged in transit or unsitable for sale. We require customers to ship the items back to us via Australia Post. However we will reimburse this expense if the item is deemed to be incorrect from your order, damaged or unsuitable for sale.

If you would perfer a re-supply of the goods, any cost for the re-shipping of the product shall be the responsibility of Supplements Plus (eg. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.)

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of recieving your goods via email only.

Supplements Plus will exchange item/s if they are still sealed in their original packaging and undamaged. However we will not pay shipping costs and we will require customers to pay our shipping costs for the exchange. These costs will be arranged at the time of exchange. We must receive the item/s before we ship the new item/s.
