Delivery Info

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. Due to high order volumes, we do not currently offer a pick-up service.

Delivery Methods

We use the Australia Post eParcel network for quick and timely delivery. We are also able to ship to PO Boxes!

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders will come with a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and this will often be on the same day. At the very latest, it will be one business day after ordering.

Delivery times will vary depending upon your location. Below are a list of estimated delivery times:

Sydney [ETA 0-1 business days]
NSW, ACT, VIC, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide [ETA 1-6 business days]
QLD (regional), SA (regional), TAS [ETA 2-4 business days]
NT (all areas), WA (regional) [ETA 4-6 business days]
